We had the most amazing day at Larchfield Estate. The staff on the day were amazing and ensured we never missed a special moment. Although restrictions were still in place for our wedding day we really didn't miss it at all. Larchfield catered to our every need on the day and we would LOVE to do it all over again if we could!
Larchfield really is the most stunning venue with so much natural beauty and I couldn't have imagined our wedding any other way. xx

Hi Larchfield team, Ian and I just wanted to send a quick message to say thank you so much. We had the most incredible day on Saturday, so many people mentioned how incredible the venue was and it was just perfect for a cosy winter wedding. Everything from start to finish has been absolutely perfect, including quick communication, super helpful advice, and lovely friendly staff. You have all been an absolute joy to work with. We feel incredibly lucky we got our first day and all our first choice suppliers. I’m sure you’ve all had a very stressful year with Covid, cancellations and frustrated couples, I hope you all have a very restful festive period, it's hugely deserved. A special shout out to Laura firstly, thanks for helping us fall in love with Larchfield, for being the only supplier we came into contact with who was as quick on emails as we were and for guiding us through the ever changing government Covid guidelines. Secondly to Philip, gosh I think Ian hugged Phillip more on the wedding day than me, it was true love. He was the perfect balance of organised but laid back, and was as in tune with the schedule as I was. He was a huge part of why our day was such a huge success. Just wanted to say to you both thanks again for allowing us to have the best day! Larchfield was so stunning and is extra special to us and some of our guests as my nanny and granda lived at Rose Cottage. Our guests are still commenting how great the food and service was. Jim and everyone who helped us at larchfield prior to the day and Peter and Jonathan at Old Barn were so so helpful and made it so easy to plan despite covid restrictions.
We had the absolute best day and we are so grateful for all the help that you gave to us both on the lead up to the day, and on the day itself! Wish we could do it all over again! |
We can't thank the team at Larchfield enough! From our first visit we fell in love, the venue, grounds and accommodation are all beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for for a relaxed and personal day. We couldn't wait to share it with our friends and family.
Planning a winter wedding we really liked the fact that the indoor space was so atmospheric and cosy, along with the amazing greenhouse which was great on a showery day so we could still enjoy the gardens. The whole team were so accommodating throughout the planning process, even with last minute changes due to covid and the many questions that we had. We would have been lost without Sarah who went above and beyond in helping to navigate the ever changing guidelines and was such a star at keeping us up to date.
In an extremely stressful time for all the team you still managed to deliver a fantastic service and your communication with our vendors really took so much pressure of us.
When the day arrived we, and our friends and family, were completely blown away. The piggery was such a beautiful space for our ceremony and the barn definitely was brought the 'wow' factor for the evening. Everyone (particularly the little guests) really made the most of the stunning outdoor space. In what was a strange time to say the least, Jim done a fantastic job at welcoming everyone to Larchfield and ensuring everyone felt comfortable throughout the day and everything ran so smoothly.
All that we had planned with our amazing vendors came together so well, we had perfect day!
Thank you all so much we had the best day and couldn't recommend Larchfield Estate highly enough. We would do it again tomorrow if we could and can't wait to get back to stay!

Wedding planning certainly wasn’t an easy ride for us. We went from a wedding in Greece, to Belfast in May, to October and then to being left to frantically change venue 12 days before! However, our first call with laura on the Saturday was pleasant and very helpful. We visited an our later and booked in.
We actually couldn’t imagine our wedding anywhere else now – things worked our well. Laura and Katherine couldn’t have been more helpful on the day or during the run up. You really helped to make a pandemic wedding, somehow feel stress free.
We had the best day and so did all our guests. We can’t thank you all enough!
