We first booked Larchfield back in July 2020. We went for a look and immediately fell in love with it. The staff are so friendly, the grounds are stunning. This venue literally ticked every box for what we wanted for our wedding, and more. We booked within a day or two of the viewing. Everything from that moment on was seamless. Any time we wanted to come back for a visit it was no problem. We spoke with a few different members of staff throughout our communications, and every one of them was so knowledgeable and lovely to speak with. Nothing was too much bother. Our responsibilities were made very clear from early on, as were those being taken on by the team at Larchfield, so we all knew what needed done and by who. Any query or question I asked was answered super quickly, and the staff were always on hand with handy tips and ideas. Every time we spoke with someone new, they knew exactly what was going on with our plans. We were kept up to date with covid restrictions and what we could and couldn't do at all times. We were so so lucky to have had our wedding on our first date with all our first choice suppliers. They all worked seamlessly with each other. It's hard to believe they're all different companies as they work together so well. Jim was our MC and to say he was amazing is an understatement. He was a gentleman from start to finish, he knew the running of our day inside out and was always right there to help or assist anyone with anything. Thank you so much! Our day went without a hiccup. So many people have said how incredible Jim and all members of staff were. Thank you for such a dream wedding, we had an absolute ball. It honestly couldn't have been any more perfect. I can't speak highly enough of Larchfield and the whole team. |

We had dreamed of an Italian Wedding for years and due to covid, this couldn't happen. We found Larchfield and loved the venue. Every single thing about Larchfield, from the staff to the gardens, accommodation and overall experience completely exceeded our hopes. Where to start with Larchfield Estate… As a result of Covid restrictions we found ourselves in the unfortunate and scary position of having no venue 3 weeks before our wedding date. After emailing what seemed like hundreds of venues we received an email reply late that night from one of the owners of Larchfield estate Sarah Mackie, who told us they were available on our date so to sleep easy that night and their wedding coordinator would contact us the following morning- wow. I still get goosebumps thinking about it now. We knew right away this place was special. Cathy got in touch with us as planned the following morning and got the ball rolling, and within a few days our new wedding venue was booked. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, what a fabulous team. The venue itself is superb, from the rustic barn, to the bright and open orangery, to the beautiful gardens and lake. We used several of their recommended suppliers; Yellow door for catering- Elizabeth was brilliant, our guests are still talking about the incredible food, and we used the bar provider NJB. Ronan and his staff were superb, ensured the drinks kept flowing and we all had the best evening. I know it’s cheesy to say but everything does happen for a reason, and I do believe this is where we were supposed to have our wedding.
