Each wedding is unique and this should be one of the most memorable days of your lives… Of course, there are practical things to consider and the biggest (and yet sometimes most difficult to discuss) factor can sometimes be the financial side of things. It is essential to prioritise what matters most to you as a couple and to make decisions about your day that align with your own values, budget and your vision for your day. Our team are here from the moment you book to help you bring all of this to life.
We have a strong belief in up-front costing, as the last thing you need when planning a wedding is any last minute hidden or extra charges. We have heard many tales of couples having upsetting experiences after their wedding days, from unexpected corkage fees, to extensive recycling bills being handed to them the next morning... We also went through an interesting period of people asking us whether we provide loo-roll… YES!!! One million times yes, we do!! We provide a clear, inclusive venue hire fee, which covers your exclusive use of the fairy-lit Larchfield Estate Barn & cobbled courtyard, the Walled Gardens, indoor and outdoor ceremony and drinks reception spaces, tables and chivari chairs, stunning trees and fairy lights within the main barn, festoon light décor in our stretch marquee (complete with beautiful outdoor furniture and surrounding fire-pits), no corkage fees (this really is a superb bonus!) and of course an expert team on hand each and every step of the way.
