Larchfield Estate will forever hold a special place in my heart; not just for its stunning grounds, wonderful team, and carbon-negative ethos, nor even for the friendly alpacas and miniature donkeys that welcome you as you arrive; but because it was here that I performed at my very first wedding back in 2010.

At the age of 20, I was just beginning to explore life as a singer-songwriter. When my song “Wide Eyes and Butterflies” was played on the radio, one couple loved it so much they asked me to perform it live as their first dance. With my little brown guitar and my friend Lucy on violin, we stood together beneath the fairy lights in the Barn as they slow danced and sang my lyrics back to each other. It’s a moment I’ll never forget, and one that marked the beginning of a deep and lasting connection with this magical venue.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve had the pleasure of returning to Larchfield Estate many times. Whether it’s the grand moment the stable doors open, or those first footsteps into the sunken garden, there is a tangible magic in the air here. A Larchfield wedding doesn’t just begin - it unfolds, radiating energy that lingers long after the music fades.

As a live wedding musician, I truly believe there’s a unique kind of electricity that only live performance can bring to your day. From the moment your celebrant gives the nod to begin the processional, to the emotion of your vows, I shape my music to meet each moment in real time. This kind of connection; shared between you, your guests, and me; simply can’t be replicated by a playlist.

Being part of your celebration doesn’t just mean singing a few songs. It means reading the room, responding to the energy, and helping to set the tone for the most special day of your life. Especially in a setting as atmospheric as Larchfield Estate - luxurious yet welcoming, elegant yet effortlessly relaxed... it’s a joy to create music that reflects your story.

If you're planning a Larchfield wedding, I’d love to help you create a ceremony and celebration that’s not just heard, but felt.
